Opportunities & Employment
Bradford Woods is an extremely diverse and dynamic organization that has been providing programs for over 40 years. As a global leader in Challenge Education and Recreation Therapy, we have earned a national and international reputation. Bradford Woods offers unsurpassed experiences and opportunities in a wide range of positions. Bradford Woods is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with regard to race, creed, color, age, gender, national origin, disability, or marital status.
Every year, Bradford Woods hires summer staff for our nationally-acclaimed camps for children and adults with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses. In partnership with Riley Children’s Foundation and other non-profit agencies serving youth, we offer campers a traditional summer camp experience in an outdoor setting. A variety of 12-week, paid positions (including cabin staff, lifeguards, leadership team, and program staff) are available and employment runs from late May to early August. For a full listing of job opportunities and information on how to apply, visit the Rec Therapy Summer Employment page.
Cabin Support Staff (formerly volunteers)
If you’re interested in helping but could only come for a week or two, we may have a position for you! These positions were formerly volunteer-only, but are now paid a small stipend. Cabin Support Staff work with our campers by supporting them in the cabin and around camp. For more information, contact Tommy Gardner, CTRS at 765-342-2915 x5214 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Recreation Therapy Internships
Bradford Woods offers spring, summer, and fall internships that meet NCTRC criteria for CTRS certification. Visit our Internships page for more information.
