EE Summer Camps

This year we have two distinct summer camp opportunities: Environmental Explorers summer camp for kids, and Teens Camp for high schoolers. See below for details.

Environmental Explorers Camp (Grades 4-8) – $395

Join us as an Environmental Explorer for a five day/night adventure camp that will include such things as camping, canoeing, fishing, swimming, archery, outdoor living skills, wild edibles, nature studies, crafts, climbing high on our towers and much, much more. Invite a friend and make memories of a lifetime!

  • Session 1: June 24-29, 2018
  • Session 2: July 15-20, 2018

Teens Camp (Grades 9-12) – $395

Teen Camp is designed for students who have aged out of our traditional camp, but still want to have the camp experience. It will run the same time as the other camp, be housed in separate cabin space, and activities will be geared more towards high school students.

Grade level is based on Fall 2018 (i.e.: minimum age is a student going into 4th grade this fall)

  • Session 1: June 24-29, 2018
  • Session 2: July 15-20, 2018

Camp Details

The drop-off and pick up times for all camp sessions are as follows:

  • Camper Drop-off: 3:00-4:30pm on Sunday (6/24 or 7/15)
  • Camper Pick-up: 10:00am-11:00am on Friday (6/20 or 7/20)

Registration Instructions

Registration for EE Camp is taking place on Indiana University’s online event registration system, INLighten. You can access the registration via the link below.

Online Registration for EE

Please follow the instructions below to register:

  1. Add the EE camp section to your cart.
  2. You will have to create a Profile for yourself. Click on “Sign Up” to create a profile with your information.
  3. After clicking “Next”, please follow the directions listed on the page.
  4. You will receive a message from to verify your signup. This e-mail may take a few minutes to arrive.
  5. Click the “Verify Signup” link in the email.
  6. This will take you to the INlighten log in screen.
  7. Unles you’re part of IU, you’ll need to use one of the four account types at the bottom to complete your login: Facebook, Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo. If you do not have one of these four accounts you WILL NEED to create one in order to register.
  8. After logging in you’ll find payment information at the top of the screen with the camp you’re registering for below.
  9. Select the camper profile you just set up to add your information to the registration.

To pay with a credit card:

  1. Click “Pay Now.
  2. If you pay by card you’ll be sent to a confirmation page, click “Next”, then you’ll be automatically directed to PayPal for processing. Note: You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay.
  3. PayPal will allow you to pay by credit card; choose Guest Checkout. If you have a PayPal account, you may login to pay.

To pay with a check:

  1. Click “Pay Later.”
  2. Checks should be made out to Indiana University – Bradford Woods’
  3. Please write “EE Summer Camp 2018” on the memo line of the check. This will ensure that your payment will be added to our account with Indiana University Conferences and linked to your registration.
  4. All checks should be sent to:

Once you’ve completed payment or chose to pay later, you will receive confirmation of your registration and payment. You will be able to log on to your INlighten account and access invoices or receipts and see any pending payment/information for your registration.
