Baxter Dining Hall

Baxter Dining Hall, our main dining facility, can accommodate up to 250 people for a meeting or banquet.  Accented by picture windows and skylights, the dining hall not only provides excellent food but also a great view of Baxter Village and the surrounding forest.  This centrally-located dining facility provides food service ranging from family-style meals to catered formal dinners. Baxter Dining hall runs two meal shifts daily that groups can book:

Groups can also rent the industrial kitchen for a flat fee of $75 and make their own meals. Baxter Dining Hall is also available for weddings seasonally from mid-November through mid-March.

Rate: $525/day (for exclusive use). Groups may use the dining hall free of charge if they are eating on a shift schedule.
Wedding Rate (available November 15-March 15): $2500 all-inclusive – includes tables & chairs, linens, kitchen access, early access to the facility for setup, and staff time to help with setup, parking, etc.
