  Day Programming

Day programming allows students of all ages and grade levels the opportunity to participate in hands-on experiences that encourage learning. Students can spend from two to twelve hours learning in and about their natural environment and enjoying recreational opportunities such as fishing and canoeing. Day Programming provides an invaluable opportunity to increase each participant’s knowledge of environmental processes and relationships as well as awareness of historical and cultural influences.

Our staff has studied everything from geology and sociology to English and exercise science! Before receiving certification to lead Bradford Woods programs, all staff participate in an intensive training which incorporates theories and methodologies of experiential education, environmental relationships and processes, and group management and dynamics.

Day Programming is Modular and tailored to meet Indiana State Standards:

Modular Programs

Modular Programs offer parents and educators the opportunity to tailor a program that best fits the needs of their curriculum objectives. A wide variety of topics are available for student growth. During all lessons, our staff leads students on journeys of exploration and discovery while integrating a multi-disciplinary approach.
