Cecille A.B. Domingo, CDSS, has her roots in the Philippines and her heart in the Hoosier state – born in Indianapolis, raised in Evansville, and a graduate of Indiana University with Bachelor degrees in Psychology, Fine Arts, and Telecommunications-Industry and Management with a focus in Advertising. While in the advertising world, she also worked part-time at a YMCA. There Cecille discovered her passion for working with and learning from youth and adults with disabilities. Soon after, she started her post-baccalaureate studies in Allied Health, Biology, and Child Development.
In 2003, Cecille began working seasonally with Bradford Woods Recreation Therapy Summer Camp program as a Cabin Head, then as a Cabin Life Coordinator on the Leadership Team, transitioned to year-round staff as a Specialist, and now serves as the Director of Recreation Therapy. She is a Certified Disability Sport Specialist, and holds additional certifications in Adapted SCUBA Diving and in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy/Equine Assisted Learning. Currently, Cecille is also completing coursework at Indiana University in pursuit of becoming a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Outside of BW, she and her husband enjoy any outdoor adventure, traveling, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
