For each of the job types below, follow the instructions in each section to send us your application.

Summer Camp Position Applications

• Fill out the Rec Therapy Employment Application (PDF) or the Rec Therapy Volunteer Application (PDF)
• Reference Form (PDF) – Two required
• Background Check Consent Form (PDF)
• Indiana University Employment Application (PDF) – For paid positions only

Professional Outdoor Instructor Applications

To apply for a POI position, follow the steps below:

1. Download and fill out the POI Employment Application (PDF). You can type in your answers or print the document and write them in.
2. Download and fill out the IU Application Supplement (PDF).  You can type in your answers or print the document and write them in.
3. Download and have two people fill out the BW Reference Form (PDF). Two references are required.
4. Background Check Consent Form (PDF)
5. If you are applying for an internship, also fill out the Internship Application Supplement (PDF).
6. Send all of these forms, along with your resume and cover letter, to Bradford Woods.
